Hi.
I am getting frequent calls from developers saying that RFC connections are unavailable and a restart of SIA always fixes the issues. This happens multiple times during the day and mostly 2-3 times during the week.
Also, when servers are rebooted after patching night, none of the admins or users are able to use DS Management console. This is again fixed by restarting the SIA.
This issue is occurring in DEV, QA & PROD.
I am not really a SAP DS expert and don't have much knowledge on these things. I have been asked to manage these systems and hence i am still in the picking up mode.
Any help is appreciated.
