issue while logging in bods 4.1 ---

Hello experts,

i have installed ips 4.0 ds 4.1 and when i try to log on to defualt repo which i created during installation i get below error . please let me know resolution if any

LOG ON FAILED TO SPECIFIED SYSTEM
CHECK SYSTEM ,PORT NUMBER ,USER, PWD
AUTH METHOD AND TRAIN AGAIN

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:<SESSION: server failure>
