How to do correction and enhancement in Data Quality+ BODS

Hi,

I have an issue with Address cleansing where i am unable to correct/enhance my input data which is wrong.

FYI, address am trying to cleanse are from BELGIUM,DUTCH,FRENCH.. so am using French Transform. (correct me if am wrong)

Currently, it seems Only pasring is happening fine as i see job is able to understand what is present in multiline and able to seperate street name,house number,etc..

But when i have data for which Data is misspelled(example: City "LILLE" has arrived as "BILLE") -->correction should happen and output LILLE

                                              {or}

                                             Invalid entry(example: Zip code 2270 has arrived as 2720)  --> correction should happen and output 2270

                                             {or}

                                             Empty region(example:Region has arrived as NULL) --> enhancment should happen and output region name.

Unfortunately, nothing is happening and showing STATUS_CODE always S1000 which means correction happend only till Country Level.. which is not good enough!

               Do we need to download any delivery point/any other address directories? 

                                          {or}

               Any Configurations/Setup i am missing?

Can someone help regarding this ASAP?
