BODS 4.2 Scripts controlling the Query Transforms

Hi Experts

  By DS scripting is there any way to control the transforms especially query transform. My requirement is that we have nearly 10 different material types like HALB, FERT, HAWA , MUBL and DIEN etc. Each of these material types has different fields for different views. Now my problem is that for every material type i need to create a job since the schema in and schema out would be different for material types. So it is possible through DS scripting or any way of coding is it possible to achieve this requirement. Kindly let me know.
