Data Services Management Console cannot be started

Hi All,

We have an issue where we are unable to open our Data Services Management Console. We tried logging on to it and we get this message.

Application cannot be started. Cannot find SSL keystore password file sslks.key in the fold C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Data Services/ssl/trusted_certs or it is empty. Please also verify the environmental variable LINK_DIR is defined correctly. (BODI-3012037)

Env variable LINK_DIR is correct, and we regenerated the SSL keys using MDSSetupJavaKeyStore and SetupJavaKeyStore which ensures sslks.key is in the required folder. Anyone knows what I'm missing?
