Has anybody seen this kind of Data Services error before?
We have a data services job error which looks like a network issue, but the client is denying any network related issues. This data services job executes fine in development environment, fails only in production. It runs fine when we run the job manually.
It is a scheduled Data Services job that error’s after running for 2 mins, in the client’s production environment. The data services job fails with the following error:

ODBC data source <TOS Live Data Mart> error message for operation <SQLFetchScroll>: <[MySQL][ODBC 5.1
Driver][mysqld-5.1.69-log]Lost connection to MySQL server during query>.
Same error every day since last 2 weeks. When we run this job manually in the morning it runs fine. Not sure what is causing it. This job was running fine since last couple of months.
Note:
- 1. The BOE server was restarted last Thursday and the job succeeded for 2 days and it started to happen again.
- 2. The server event log has no errors during that time.
Environment:
- BO 4.0 SP07
- DS 4.1 SP1
- Database: Mysql 5.1.69, resides on a different server.
