Can we Load Data from file to BW using BODS ?

Hi Experts,

Need answer to the below questions

1.Can we load data from flat file to BW using BODS if Yes How ?, Please share If any Document

2.In Excel format in BODS i have the header at 6 th row how to Skip the first 5 rows in BODS  ?
