Difference between IPS & BOE setup

Hi All,

We have installed SAP BODS 4.x version on a standalone IPS version but when we are trying to do user setup or some configuration using existing BOE setup, we have seen differences. Do we have any information handy to describe about the limitation between IPS and BOE setup.

Please help us in this regard.
