Date Conversion on irregular formats

HI All

I loading Data form Files the date fields in the files consists of irregularly can we convert them trough bods to one format 

For eg;  i have date fields like

30-OCT -2010 or

30-10-2010 or

30/10/2010

30/oct/2010

for all above formats will consist only in single filed i need to put in to target with Single format like 'yyyy-mm-dd"

Any light on this please
