SCD Type-2 deleted records in source ISSUE

Hi Experts,

We are facing a issue SCD type-2 please help on this

BODS XI 3.1

implementation of SCD type-2  -------Source--query--table comparison--history preservation--key generation--target

This functions good  when we update & insert new records in source . if we delete any record in source we have problem  

i.e ---- we deleted 5 records in source on 16-05-2015, so for these 5 records  in target column name  eff_date_to  appears 9999-12-31 insted of  16-05-2015 & FLAG appears 'ACTIVE' instead of 'INACTIVE'

please help me in this to get solve this issue
