Loca repository Creation BODS 4.0 SP3

Hi,

Can any of you please let me know, how to add local repository on SAP-BODS 4. SP3, In earlier versions I know that we have Data services repository manager through which we could created..But In SP3 I found through Help documentation that through

Data Services management Console --> At Management we can add.. But I am not sure how to add it.. Can any you help with the steps..
