GERMAN CHARACTERS

Hi guys,

In my project i have encountered a situation where in,i need to load data from a SAP table to a table in SQL server.For one of the columns of the SAP table,the values are GERMAN characters.I have used all Codepage Options in advanced tab of Datastore in Designer 4.1 .Still the german characters are replaced with '?' .(I need to get  the  same i.e.,German characters in SQL table too).Can anyone please help me out?
