Data Services Designer (Client machine) error

Hi All,

I am trying to connect to a default repository from the designer installed on a desktop. The connection errors with the message

ERROR: ODBC call <SQLSriverConnect> for data source

<Hostname\DBname> failed: <[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver](SQL Server]

Cannot open database requested by the login. The login failed. Notify customer support (BODI-1112172)

I can connect ok if I launch the designer from the server machine itself. However it fails when I connect from a client machine.

I had tried uninstalling and reinstalling, 32-bit client tools, 64-bit client tools, Installed SQL server Native Client as well but none worked

I am still researching but any help/hint here is appreciated.
