BODS 3.2 to 4.2 Upgrade Find same jobs multiple times error scheduling

Hi All,

We are performing an upgrade from BODS 3.2 to BODS 4.2. After we perform the upgrade of Local repositary manager to 4.2, we find thesame jobs multiple times and the console shows too multiple names of same jobs. This is preventing us to run any jobs as it hits error saying duplicate rows etc.,

Could any Gurus throw some ideas as we need to resolve this ASAP.
