Error on a job

HI,

i have a job running under a unix server.  And he don't run , raised an error . 
in the administration panel, this message is shown : Empty file received.

and after going on the unxi server, in log directorie.  i have found a file error_.....txt  . this file a only this message

(12.2) 08-20-15 23:53:23 (E) (37748746:0001)

Have you seen this kind of error . and what can i do to solve it
