Unable to retrieve Universe information from an Integration Source

Hi all, our platform is composed by SAP-BO-BI 4.0 sp02 patch 10, Sap Dataservice 4.0 sp02 patch 1 and SAP Information Steward 4.0 sp2. When we execute an integration source from the BI Platfomr we're unable to retrieve universes information. The problem comes up when we use a platform where there are many languages installed for the BI Platform. If from the same Information Steward we create an Integration Source from a BI Platform (on a development environment) where the language installed is only English we retrieve correctly the universes.
