BOE Scheduler or Third Party scheduler..?

Hello friends,

So can anyone tell me the differences between BOE scheduler and Third party schedulers like Redwood and Frad etc..

I would like to the job execution process once we use "Export Execution" option in CMC for creating .bat file. So how the third party tool will come into the picture from here on..?
