Unknown exception - BODI-1270042

Hi

I'm using DS 4.0 (ver 14.0.3.451) and in last days I noticed strange error.

Sometime when I want to copy some DF to other job, or try to expand all sub DF I get error BODI-1270042

'"Unknown exception.

Application terminated.

Do you want to try to save all changed/validated objects? (BODI-1270042)"

After that I have to close DS and open again and everything work corretly
