Sequence to load Material Master,BOM'S,Material characteristics, Material Classification.

Hi All,

Requirement : We need to load Material Master, BOM's,Material characteristics and Material classification using Data Services (4.1).

Summery:

Recently we completed one migration project using Data Services (BPDM-IDoc) for migrating only Material master and used different SAP upload programs to load BOM's,Material classification and characteristics. Now my client want to know if we can use Data services for MM,BOMS, Material characteristics and classification as well.

Questions:

1) I am aware that we can load BOM's and Material classification using IDoc's but can we load Material characteristics using IDoc's?

2) What is the sequence to load all of them? I mean after loading Material master what are the next steps? and what are the risks involved in?

3) What are the limitations if use IDoc to load BOM's,material characteristics and classifications?
