Over the course of making several changes at once across almost every workflow in a project (lesson learned), I am now unable to check in my project to the central repository. Here is the error I get - note the missing function name before the first dot:

"Internal error in 'local repository'. Objects in central and local repositories don't match. Some objects may have been deleted from central repository. Please refresh central object library and try the operation again. (BODI-1112275)
The following objects in dependency list constructed from the repository cannot be found in the corresponding dependency list in the cache. Imported function - .TEST.ODBC.HANA"
I've been able to solve a similar issue by fixing an upper/lower case issue in a script. I can't seem to narrow this down and am to the point of trying to recreate a central repository.
What is the "best" approach to rebuilding a central repository based on a local repository with checkouts?
