Job failure for Memory Issue

Hi..

I have built an ETL job in ‘Data Services’ and the target is a ‘Text file’ which will be populated in network drive.

ETL job fails due to the space constrains and throws an error stating, 'System running low on virtual memory'   (see screen print below).

I have worked and increased the disk space by 15GB and still the issue persists.

Could you please advice if there is a way to overcome this virtual memory issue?
