BODS run indefinitely for dos command

Hello

I have a command line  when I launched manually in dos windows  the command woks fine.

this command call an executable Tools.

But when I launched In BODS the job is run  indefinitely ( we use BODS 4.2 SP5 on win 2008 r2 )

Heve you any suggestion.
