Address cleanse and Data cleanse both in the data flow: what come first?

Hi All,

In BODS30: Data Services - Data Quality Management (Page 52), it states the following:

"If you perform both address cleansing and data cleansing, the Address Cleanse transform should be placed before the Data Cleanse transform in the data flow"

Personally I saw and build jobs where Data Cleanse was placed before Address cleanse with no impact on the data.

Is any rational behind this? Please provide your feedbacks
