Process for Migrating jobs from 3.2 to 4.1

Hi Experts,

need to migrate the jobs from our old 3.2 server to new 4.1 server. We did not upgraded old to new, we installed a new 4.1 Data Services server on separate host. Now I want to migrate my jobs from the old 3.2 to 4.1( 3.2 and 4.1 servers are both up and active).

I know we need to export jobs from old 3.2 and import in to new 4.1, can some one brief me on these steps. Do we have any proper document for this, I tried to look in to some SCN sites noting helped. Every where the questions were they upgraded and
