Profiler error in the client in Data Services

Hello Experts,

We are trying to configure the profiler server. It is working properly and we are able to connect to the Profiler Server from the designer in the Server. But in the client systems, the following error is thrown:
"Profiler Server is not running"

We have checked the firewall settings. But we are not getting any clue. Any suggestions on this is greatly appreciated.
