ByD Adapter Installation

Hi Experts,

I Need a ByD Adapter in DS Management Console, though it is present in the path "C:\ProgramData\SAP BusinessObjects\Data Services\adapters\install" it showing as Install as file type. So to See the ByD in Management Console, do i need to install this file, how can i install this, i tried but not done. Please help me to install this ByD adapter.
