SAP DataServices Client Tools 4.2 sp06 32-bit

Hi,

I upgraded to SAP DataServices 4.2 sp06 but I cannot find its corresponding installer/patch for a DataServices Client Tool 4.2 sp06 that is 32-bit. Does any one know if SAP will release a 32-bit version for its DataServices Client Tool 4.2 sp06?

I already tried looking in the market place but I can't find one. See images below, for reference.
