Error in Lookup transform

Hello All,

  I am implementing a Lookup transform as below.

Material master basic data in an excel and for these matrerials picking the price from a flat file(.txt).

But am getting the error "cannot open file <txt>.Check its path and permissions".

I am able to see the contents of the text file in the Local repository object library.

Any hints please?
