Ifthenelse

Hello,

I have three columns. The first is an indicator and the follow two have dates. If the value of the first column is 'N', then I'd like the following columns to carry no value.

My output is pipe delimited with quotes. When I use the following statement, I return no value but with the quotes. How can I write this so I get no value, no quotes?

ifthenelse(Select_Distinct.SEAS_IND = 'N', '', Select_Distinct.SEAS_START_DATE)
