DS 4.2 SP6 - missing DS script functions

Hi,

we had just installed SAP DS4.2 SP6 and IPS 4.2 SP7 however we had noticed that Data Services Script editor does not have all functions it normaly should have. We are using evaluation keys. There we no issues during install process. Please have a look at screen shot attached.

Issue is happening with 2 newly delivered environments. what could be the cause of this?
