How to load XML File Source with multiple XML Declaration

Dear Experts,

I want to load an XML file source which is having the following format:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<Rootelement>

     Content

</Rootelement>

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<Rootelement>

     Content

</Rootelement>

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<Rootelement>

     Content

</Rootelement>

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<Rootelement>

     Content

</Rootelement>

in normal load i am getting the following error:

"invalid content after root element end tag"

Please Suggest.
