Performance issue in loading data into TERADATA

Hi,

I have source with 5lac data with 2 joins with 2lac and 3k data respectively and I am doing target lookup which has 5lac data to perform insert/update

but it is take huge amount of time approx. 7-8hrs

can anyone help me to improve performance

Note: source and target : TERADATA
