Who launched that job, who chged the obj?

There are 2 things I'm not seeing in the meta_data repository.

1) Who launched that job? If you look in AL_History you can see the job that was launched, but it doesn't show who was on the console logged in.

2) Who modified that object? If you look in the meta_data you can see what the latest version was, but who was logged into designer making that change?

(We happen to be on 4.2 sp6. These are not upgraded related questions )
