Error when export job to ATL/XML file

I tried to export one Data Services job to ATL or XML file, but following error occurred:

Internal error <Error parsing Export plan file: XML parser failed: Error: <Invalid character 0×1F in attribute value ’name‘> at line<20>, char<22> in the file <C:\Users\sapbasis\AppData\Local\SAP\Data Services\Workspace\ExpF623.tmp>.> occurred.

I have exported many jobs successfully and I really have no idea what wrong with this job.

Does anyone know what happened and how to solve?
