Error in Transports BODS 4.2 - The Program ''/BODS/SAPLBODS' is not Unicode-compatible, according to its program attributes.'

While doing ABAP transports

R900187.R22

I am getting the above error. I tried implementing Note :1186278. But the attribute is already checked. Without transports i am unable to run ETL jobs.
