Base data cleanse transform issue

Hi all,

    Created base data cleanse transform,in output all rows are parsed and standardized ,except two rows.If mapping is not correct whole output should be wrong, but why its happening for only two rows.

    In input table person name field contains data,but after base cleanse transform it is giving null values. can any one suggest me what mistake I did.
