Why the output columns are empty in the Data cleanse Transform?

Hi All

       I was trying with a simple "Data Cleanse Transform" related to customer data, which needs to be parsed and standardized. Below is the attached image:-

THE OUTPUT FIELDS:-

I wonder why the fields from the output schema are not getting displayed in the output column?? Do we need to run the job?? I have the libraries installed for the this. I tried executing the job, but its taking such a long time.So i just ended up the execution

2) Do i need to install separate library files for using the  other types of data quality transforms ( i am new to SAP BODS)??
