FIL-080101 error when accessing a file on a share

Hi,

I am having a problem access a file on a mapped file share. When I put the file on the local drive, no error, but when trying to access the same file on the share I get this error:

We are using BODS 4.0 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1:

Designer: 14.0.3.541

JobServer: 14.0.3.273

JobEnginbe: 14.0.3.273

Repository: 14.0.0.0000

The user has full access to the file as from the server, logged in as the service user, I can view, create, modify and delete the file.

I have tried using \\ instead of \ in the path, but that did not help either. I had to use \ when accessing the file locally as \\ gave the error.

Any help will be appreciated.
