File Watcher in BODS4.1?

Hi Experts,

I'm using data services4.1

and my requirement is that every day at 5am my etl should check for file(CSV)

and if it is there then starts the loading into the target and once done then it moves the file to another location.

The file is available on the same server at a specified location.

Please provide the code if is there any script need to use.
