Metadata Manager Installable

Dear All,

        I can't find an installable download foor MM(for BOXI 3.1) on BO-SAP download site. 

        Under "SAP Download Center" ---> "Support Packages and Patches" --->  M   I have only the software listed below :

           1. MOB SBOP IOS SDK
           2. MSS ADD-ON
           3. SAP MDM
           4. SAP MDM CATALOG MGMT.
           5. SAP Mobile Solutions
           6. SBOP MOBILE
           7. SAP MOBILE PLATFORM
           8. SAP MOBILE PLATFORM SDK

    Is this the correct location where I can find the software, or not ?
