Converting RTF to plain text

I am using Data Services to transfer data from one database to another.  My source data has a column that contains some rows that have rich text formatting and other rows that are plain text.  I would like all rows to be plain text.  Is there a way in Data Services to convert a field containing RTF to plain text either using a transform or function?
