Scaling Job Servers

I have a 4.1 sp3 lunix version of BODS with 25 users and I want to do some scaling because the AdaptiveJobServer can run 5 concurrent jobs (the default in the properties CMC->Servers->AdaptiveJobServer). We were having the job server go down much to frequently.

So what I decided to do was create 3 additional job servers and place the heavier useage users on those new job servers. We haven;t been having many complaints of the job server.

What I'm wondering is:

1) when I go to the DS mgt console I can't see those new job servers I added. Am I missing a config step?

2) is this the proper way to vertically scale this system?
