How to write data into xml

Hello,

I am trying to write data into xml and i am able to write one row of data perfectly fine. But when I try to write more rows of data it doesn't write properly in the xml. I am ataching Test66 which is how i want data to look like and Test78 how is becoming when i write two sets of rows. Let me know what i need to do.
